Discovery Visit

All prospective clients are invited to make use of Studio Stones Discovery Meeting – a 30 minute site visit, zoom meeting or phone call at which I take your brief and discuss the details of your project. Through discussion with you and careful site observations I am able to ascertain whether your space currently works and how it could better support your lifestyle. How we can future proof that space as your needs change. And how living within that space makes you feel. From here I define your brief and create a clear scope of the work you need. I then present this to you along with a bespoke fee proposal.

Create Concept

The Studio Stone Create Concept will deliver a stylish and innovative scheme that speaks of you, the way you live and your aspirations for your space.

Following on from detailed style and design discussions I present your scheme on a digital concept board, a visual representation of what can be achieved in your space. All projects are unique but this service can include;

  • Brief taking and Scope definition.
  • A beautiful digital concept board that details your Create Concept. This includes ideas for;
    • Colour schemes
    • Furniture
    • Soft furnishings
    • Wall coverings and paint
    • Bespoke ideas for joinery
    • Room layouts
    • Kitchen and bathroom designs
    • This list is indicative and not exhaustive. The list can, on discussion, include other elements pertinent to the project.
  • The ‘Create Concept’ is a service aimed at those who want some ideas and inspiration but who feel confident in taking the project from design to completion themselves. If you need help turning your Concept Board into reality then the ‘Core Concept’ or ‘Complete Concept’ are the services for you.

Core Concept

A beautiful concept brought to life through a digital concept board, curated samples, and an accompanying shopping list filled with all the items needed to turn the vision into reality.

Just like our Create Concept the Studio Stone Core Concept will take the results of your Discovery Visit and turn this into a stylish and innovative scheme. I present initial ideas and designs and, informed by our conversations following the initial presentation, the Core Concept also includes further design development. Once agreed the final Core Concept is then presented and a procurement list is drawn up. I source all the items needed to bring the space to life and secure these for you. All projects are bespoke and in addition to everything offered in the Create Concept this service also includes;

  • Additional design development time.
  • A samples package which can including paints, fabrics, wall coverings and tiles.
  • Your shopping List – an agreed list of items needed to complete the space. For each item you will be presented with a two to three choices and even bespoke options.
  • Access to discounts from my carefully curated list of premium suppliers.

 

Complete Concept

A stylish concept brought to life within your space. I take the stress of the entire project from your shoulders. The perfect turn-key service that delivers a flawlessly finished home.

In addition to the initial ideas, design development and procurement included in the Create and Core Concepts Complete Concept also incorporates a full tendering and project management service. This really is the full implementation of your chosen scheme into a finished and beautiful space. A service that removes all stress and ensures a smooth and enjoyable journey. All projects are bespoke and in addition to everything offered in the Core Concept this service also includes;

  • Additional design development time.
  • Detail driven snagging and completion schedule.
  • Project Management of the completed concept into your finished space.

Colour Consultancy

A one hour in home appointment to give ideas and advice on paint colours and finishes. I take into account the light in the room, the size and shape of the space, your tastes and style and the look you are ultimately trying to achieve.

This is suitable for anyone who would like help with creative colour ideas for their room, someone who knows the colour they want but can’t seem to find the correct shade for the space or people who would like to be advice on decoration design. This service includes;

  • An on-site colour consultation using professional colour boards and equipment to ensure we arrive at the right choices for your space.
  • Bespoke digital Concept board emailed to you with the recommendations for your space. This includes;
    • Colour concepts.
    • Decoration design – a clear plan that details which shades to paint each wall, architectural detail and ceiling.
    • Any additional details you may need.
    • Advice on how to successfully test the actual paint colours in the space.
  • Two free Paint samples delivered to your door (a small charge may apply for delivery)
  • Access to my trusted list of decorators.

Spatial Consultancy

A cost effective spatial review of your home that delivers carefully thought out layouts and floor plans and a tender service to get your home remodel off the ground.

A service aimed at those embarking on a home remodel or spatial renovation. I help you refine your ideas into a considered plan. We look at the current layout and walk through the advantages and disadvantages of reconfiguring the space. We look at all your options and narrow these down those that work best for you. I advise you on what kinds of services you will need to bring your project to life, I work closely with a carefully selected team of architects, engineers and contractors and will help you tender any works via a briefing document. All projects are bespoke but this service can include;

  • A discovery meeting and brief taking.
  • A programme of consultancy and design development that includes up-to six hours of consultancy time.
  • Two further site meetings.
  • Annotated digital floor plans.
  • Architectural and Engineering Briefing document or Concept Board.
  • Project tendering service.

Project Management

Through the perfect mix of guidance, attention to detail and forward planning I take the stress away and return seamlessly completed projects.

Project Management is also available as a standalone service. I can join your project at any stage of your remodel journey to help ensure it is run in a stress-free and timely fashion.

Complete Commercial Concept

Having spent many years in the retail and small business sector I also understand the complex realities of commercial design. the Complete Commercial Concept incorporates a Commercial Style Review and turns this into a stylish and innovative scheme. A scheme that incorporates interior and exterior designs that will help you sell your companies personality and services to your target market as well as creating the perfect environment for you to deliver those services yourself. Complete Commercial Concept also includes design development of the original scheme and full implementation into a finished and beautiful space. A service that removes all stress so you can continue with your own business needs. All projects are bespoke but this service can include;
